Delivery Regions

We deliver to all parts of the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Order Processing & Lead Times

We begin processing all orders within 48 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). However, please note that actual delivery dates will vary depending on the stated lead time on each individual product page. These lead times reflect the made-to-order nature of our products.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated per product and clearly displayed on each product page. If you have any questions about delivery costs or options for larger or combined orders, please contact us at sales@bridgewaterfixings.co.uk.

Delivery service

  • All deliveries are made via reputable third-party couriers.
  • Deliveries are untimed – we do not offer specific delivery time slots.
  • A dispatch notification will be emailed to you once your order leaves our facility. This will include the expected delivery date and tracking information.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are made to kerbside or ground-floor level only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access is suitable and someone is available to receive the goods.

Lost or damaged deliveries

We will investigate with the courier and work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Risk and responsibility for goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the specified address.
